Court-appointed CHP leadership names new provincial chairs in eight provinces

The party's Central Executive Board, meeting on Tuesday, appointed new provincial chairs in Ardahan, Çankırı, Erzincan, Kahramanmaraş, Karabük, Kırklareli, Kilis and Kocaeli, party spokesperson Müslim Sarı said. The appointments are part of the reorganisation the leadership under Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu has been running since the court ruling that reinstated him as chairman. The overhaul is proceeding while Özgür Özel's new party draws defectors, and it decides who controls the party machine in the provinces going into the next electoral cycle.
