Sweden's Liberals pull further clear of the parliamentary threshold
A Novus poll for 6-8 September puts the Liberal Party at 5.8%, up from the 4.3% this paper reported two days earlier, when Novus/TV4 first found them clearing the 4% needed to enter parliament, and up from just 1.9% three weeks before that. Novus calls the rise since that reading “statistically significant,” the sharpest movement of the campaign for a single party, with the election on 13 September. The poll of 2,292 voters also shows the Green Party gaining a point.
