Riksbank raises rate to 2%, more hikes expected

Sweden's central bank raised its policy rate from 1.75% to 2% on Wednesday, saying stronger economic activity and supply-driven cost increases mean inflation is likely to keep rising. The Riksbank said a further hike next year is likely if that outlook holds; markets expect as many as four or five more increases, a steeper path than most other Western central banks.
