Turkish police detain 72 in nationwide FETO sweep, 41 formally arrested
Security forces raided 32 provinces on Monday targeting alleged members of FETÖ, the network blamed for the 2016 coup attempt, detaining 72 people. Forty-one were formally arrested on charges including financing the organisation and spreading its propaganda online, while judicial proceedings continue for the rest.
