Rubio says Washington is studying Türkiye's plan to restart Black Sea grain exports
US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said at the G20 that Washington is examining a Turkish proposal to resume grain shipments through the Black Sea, raised by Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan in talks that also touched on Iran and Gaza. Rubio said the plan would ease a humanitarian problem without resolving the war in Ukraine itself.
