Türkiye pitches Russia and Ukraine a new Black Sea grain deal
Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan said Türkiye has drawn up a proposal to revive Black Sea grain shipping and is in touch with both Moscow and Kyiv. He warned that renewed attacks on shipping threaten food supplies worldwide, three years after Russia abandoned the original 2022 deal that Türkiye and the UN had brokered.
