Italian navy boards a sanctioned shadow-fleet tanker west of Pantelleria

The frigate Thaon di Revel boarded the tanker Toa Payoh in international waters west of Pantelleria on Sunday morning as part of the EU's Mediterranean mission Eunavfor Med Irini.
